- The Hammer Stahl 3-Piece Sharpening System combines a double sided 1000/6000 grit whetstone, a 9in honing steel and a properly angled bamboo stand to help you maintain a beautiful edge.
- The angled bamboo stand created the proper angle to make sharpening your cutlery easy by helping you maintain the proper angle.
- Simply keep your blade parallel to the work surface and the stand will naturally align you edge to the proper angle.
- The system includes a honing steel to help you keep the edge between sharpening and the stand works with the steel as well.
- Please thoroughly lubricate your whetstone with water prior to use.
